The students of West Buncombe Elementary School have been given the challenge to Read Across America.
Starting this Friday, February 24th and running through Thursday, March 2nd,
our students are going to attempt to read 2,000 books in a 7-day blitz!
Prizes will be awarded to the students who read the most books in their classroom
during the 7-day period. Class parties will also be awarded to the classes of each
grade level who read the most books and glory will also be showered upon those who
participate in our Read Across America activities during the week of February 24th - March 2nd.
