We as coaches would like to welcome you to the Erwin cross country team!

Practice Schedule: Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday 3:30 - 4:45

A message to our Student - Athletes

You are student first and athlete second

If your academics begin to suffer you will be asked to take a leave of absence to make it right

And will be welcomed back upon completion

The coaches reserve the right to cancel practice within a timely manner

Our practices will consist of a balanced mix of cardio, dynamic stretching, core conditioning and weight training. 

During off days you are expected to self condition, by taking a walk/run/jog/bike, basically anything other than eating Doritos and laying on the couch/ bed/ floor!
