3rd Period Weight Training

  • Monday: Upper body core workout.  Heavy weights, lower reps.  Conditioning at end of class.
  • Tuesday: Lower body core workout.  Heavy weights, lower reps.  Conditioning at end of class.
  • Wednesday: Rest day.  Usually consists of team sports.
  • Thursday: Lower body high rep, low weight workout.  Conditioning at end of class.
  • Friday: Upper body high rep, low weight workout.  Conditioning at end of class
